How to create an Oracle Cloud account
Follow these steps to register for Oracle Cloud Free Tier. Account approval, available regions, and verification requirements are determined by Oracle.
☁️ Open Official Oracle Sign-Up
- Open the registration page. Visit Oracle Cloud Free Tier sign-up.
- Enter your account information. Select your actual country or territory, enter your own name, and provide an email address you can access.
- Verify your email. Select "Verify my email" and open the confirmation message sent by Oracle. Follow the verification link before it expires.
- Create your password. Follow Oracle's displayed password requirements. Keep your password private and do not share it with anyone.
- Set up your cloud account. Enter the requested cloud account name and select an available home region. Choose carefully because the home region generally cannot be changed after registration.
- Enter your contact information. Provide your real address and working phone number, and complete any verification Oracle requests.
- Complete payment verification if required. Follow Oracle's instructions and use an eligible payment method belonging to you or one you are explicitly authorized to use. Read the terms and check with your bank about any temporary authorization hold.
- Review the terms and submit. Submit the registration and wait for Oracle to process your account. Check your email for confirmation and instructions for signing in.
- Sign in to Oracle Cloud. Once the account is activated, visit Oracle Cloud Console and follow the sign-in instructions.
Oracle permits one Free Tier account per person and prohibits creating or attempting to create multiple free accounts. All contact and billing information must be accurate and used with consent. Do not use false details, another person's identity, or an inaccurate location to bypass regional restrictions.
A successful registration or gift card is not guaranteed. Verify the promotion's terms with the organization offering it before sharing information or participating.
